Ingredients
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
400g Woolworths chicken meatballs 400 grams Woolworths chicken meatballs
485g Masterfoods butter chicken simmer sauce 485 grams Masterfoods butter chicken simmer sauce
450g Sunrice microwave basmati rice 450 grams Sunrice microwave basmati rice
120g baby leaf spinach 120 grams baby leaf spinach
1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked 1 half bunch coriander, leaves picked
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2 of 3
Add simmer sauce and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, microwave rice according to package instructions. Divide rice among plates, top with butter chicken meatballs, spinach and coriander. Serve.
