How to claim 1 Hour FREE parking
Enter the MacArthur Central Secure Car Park via 246 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane and tap your payment card to enter.
Spend $65 or more in a single transaction at Big W.
Visit the Big W Customer Service Desk on Ground Level or Level 1 and present your valid receipt to receive a unique PIN.
You must enter and exit the Centre within 1 hour to qualify for free parking.
When exiting the car park
Tap the same payment card used on entry.
Select 'Have a Voucher?'
Select 'Enter Voucher PIN'
Enter your unique PIN and press Confirm.
Your parking fee will then be adjusted to include 1 hour FREE parking.
*One hour free parking applies from car park entry to exit only. Customers must enter and exit within one hour to qualify. Re-entry and extended parking periods are not included.
