Admired as Australia’s most prestigious jeweller for over 150 years, Hardy Brothers has opened the doors to its new flagship store at MacArthur Central.
Established in 1853, Hardy Brothers are Australia’s oldest and most famous jeweller and are the only holders of the Royal Warrant in South East Asia and makers of the Melbourne Cup and Queens Cup. National Manager, John Mansfield said this was the first time the company had opened a second store in the same city and was a significant milestone, demonstrating Brisbane’s appetite for luxury product.
“We are thrilled with our new showroom, which is a dramatic backdrop for our beautiful product, and brings some colour to the streetscape for all of Brisbane to enjoy”.
The new 1.5 million dollar showroom at MacArthur Central boasts a $140,000 chandelier, 3.5 metres in diameter, which generates a continual kaleidoscope of colour of an evening, transforming from one hue to another throughout the night. The showroom showcases a wide variety of bespoke and precious jewellery from the finest diamonds and coloured gems, to collections from top fashion houses.
Hardy Brothers Jewellers is renowned for its quality and classic designs and valet service – also Australia oldest and most famous Jeweller, they are the only Royal Warrant holder in South East Asia and are still proud to be family owned.

Hardy Brothers Jewellers is proud to now offer the OMEGA collection exclusively in Brisbane with the recent introduction of the new Omega area located in their flagship MacArthur Central Queen Street store.
Hardy Brothers and Omega have had a long-standing and mutually successful relationship, with the brand having been a mainstay of the Hardy Brothers range for decades. Hardy Brothers Jewellers will offer the largest collection of Omega watches in Queensland. Showcasing the brand’s famous timepieces including the Ladymatic, Speedmaster Professional, the first (and only) watch to be worn on the moon; the recently relaunched Constellation; the Seamaster, James Bond’s watch of choice and De Ville; a collection showcasing the brand’s advancement in watchmaking with its exclusive Co-Axial technology and in-house manufactured movements.
